Why do I need two hearing aids?
We naturally process sound with two ears. If you have a loss in both ears, wearing one hearing aid can make it challenging to follow conversations and to know from which direction sounds are coming. Listening with two ears is less tiring and less stressful instead of straining to hear with your “good” ear. The brain needs input from both ears in order to separate sounds effectively, when you take away the function of one ear, it becomes almost impossible to do this task, making background noise an obstacle when trying to hear conversations.
Can I get financing and will my insurance cover hearing aids?
Insurance accepted. Financing available.
How long will my hearing test appointment take?
A thorough hearing evaluation can take up to an hour, maybe longer if you have many questions. You need to be educated about your hearing loss and understand what hearing aids will do for you
